Get Your Red On For The Holidays
Hi friends! Is there another color other than red that just lends itself to the holidays? I don't think so. I am wearing a favorite sweater that is a gorgeous red color as another idea for my "Dressing for the Holidays" posts. Red is a great color to wear at any time of year, not just during the Christmas or Valentine seasons. Red is also a flattering color on everyone. This particular sweater was purchased from JCPenney and comes in a variety of colors. It's very comfortable and easy to wear. I threw on a navy blue blazer along with jeans and tennis shoes for a dressed up casual look that can take you to errands, shopping, meetings or lunch with friends.
For an extra pop of red, I am wearing a necklace, earring, bracelet set given to me by one of my sisters. It's so pretty and red on red works for me, especially at Christmas! You can see that River approves as he joined in the photo shoot sporting his red collar! This red sweater is one that I will be wearing all winter, and not just at Christmas. But for a great Christmas look, nothing beats getting your red on!
How about you? Do you have a favorite color to wear during the holidays? Be sure to share in the comments.
Until Next Time,
Debbie ( this and that)

Debbie,
I wear red and black a lot and not jusr for the Holidays...Warm colors on the color wheel look better on me and I was told by a color expert in fashion that red and black are my colors and work well with my skin tone...Thanks for sharing!!
Hugs,

Just like you, I enjoy wearing red. I especially like your red sweater paired with your navy blazer. I enjoyed seeing River in his red collar as part of your photo!
Thanks for commenting, Debbie. I really enjoy wearing red and black colors as well!
Thanks, Sharon! River likes to style just like his mama! (wink)
Can't say I wear a particular color for the holidays, but I do love your red sweater. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
