Today's post is all about Gratitude. I don't know about you, but I have so much to be thankful for even on days when I think absolutely everything is going wrong! Finding Gratitude and thanking God for our blessings is so very important as the scripture on the photo collage from I Chronicles 16:34 reminds us.
Today, I would like to "take 5" and practice Gratitude by naming 5 things for which I am thankful. In fact, I would like to practice this habit each day of the coming week. Would you like to join me in developing this habit?
Each day of the coming week be sure to "take 5" and some point in the day and thank the Lord for at least 5 things for which you are thankful. I'm going to practice this habit, too!
Developing a sense of Gratitude, even in the midst of troubles, can be a great way to remember our blessings!
Peace and Blessings,
Debbie

I will join you in the "take 5" practice this week, Debbie. Thank you for your post and for this suggestion.
Wonderful, Sharon! It's great to know we will be taking 5 together!
I’m in, I make that something I include in my nightly prayers anyway 😀

Excellent - I'll join you. I already do 3 so adding two more will just help me. I have a little "Good Days Start with Gratitude Journal" that an online friend sent me some time ago that has space for 3 things - I can easily squeeze in two more.

I’m in! I have found that when I write down my daily gratitude list, I am a happier, kinder, gentler person in my thoughts and words and actions. Having a reminder to do this is always helpful. Thank you for doing this.
Thank you Ruth Ann, Iris and my two anonymous readers for joining in! One of my "5" things to be thankful for today are all of my wonderful readers!!
